Located in the heart of the downtown, the Keystone Lofts building has granite kitchen counters and hardwood floors. It is comprised of eight floors containing its thirty-one warehouse-style lofts. These floors are located above three levels of indoor secured parking. It also boasts a premiere location, just minutes to popular areas such the Baseball and Basketball Stadiums, the Theatre district and the Midtown and River Oaks areas.
The Keystone Building was designed by Houston architect Joseph Finger, who also designed the Houston City Hall and other local buildings. Completed in 1920, the Keystone Building hosted multiple business tenants. The renovation as high-rise lofts was completed in 1999.
